The “Stroke Camp” is structured to develop and enhance all four competitive racing strokes for younger swimmers.  The repetitive and “stacking” drill progressions are designed to enhance body position, stroke efficiency, breathing and timing.  The camp is designed for ages 8-12 who want to enhance their stroke efficiency utilizing a combination of drills and IM focused conditioning sets.  Specific stroke progressions are taught for the swimmer to internalize, process, and understand while at camp, and upon return-to-home.  We offer (2) training groups for younger (ages 9-10) and older (ages 11-12) campers in order to provide a variety of training set options for a highly personalized experience in our 14-lane facility.

Our campers receive 10:1 camper-to-coach ratios.  The drill progressions are explained and displayed in the classroom first, then demonstrated in the pool.  The campers are provided multiple opportunities to display development, growth and understanding of the drills, in and out of the water.  We pride ourselves on individual feedback, knowing EVERY CAMPER BY NAME!

Overnight camper - $595 (includes online registration fees, taxes paid by registrant).  $200.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED AT REGISTRATION.  PAY BALANCE BY June 01, 2025.
