You may cancel up until May 01, 2025, and will be charged only the $200 non-refundable deposit fee. Cancellations received after May 01, 2025, will not be refunded. No refunds will be given for a camper who leaves the camp experience early for any reason. Send written requests to impactaquaticsgroup@gmail.com.
We understand circumstantial events occur, especially with children. Please note we do NOT allow make-ups, credits or refunds due to absence. In case of extended medical absences, we require you to notify the camp director via email at the impactaquaticsgroup@gmail.com as soon as possible.
When you enroll, your child has a reserved time for his or her camp. Please understand the instructors are there to coach all registered attendees, even if your child does not show up due to illness, vacation or unknown circumstances. Make-up sessions, credits or refunds are NOT offered due to illness, COVID, vacation or unknown events.
The IAG LLC reserves the right to send home, without refund, any camper who fails to behave in an appropriate manner or breaks any local/UWSP Campus/state/federal laws. Each camp starts with a (attendance required by all campers and staff) camp rules, safety and personal conduct meeting presented by both IAG LLC and UWSP staff members.
